At Sira Rituals , your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will do everything we can to help you.

Returns

• You have 14 days from receipt to request a return.

• Products must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging.

• For hygiene reasons, opened items cannot be returned, except in the case of defects or damage.

Refunds

• Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will inform you of the acceptance or refusal of the refund.

• Accepted refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days to the original payment method.
